Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal (For EU Customers)
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) does not apply to "goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized." Since our reproduction art pieces are strictly made-to-order and created individually upon receiving your request, they fall under this exception.
Therefore, all sales of made-to-order reproduction paintings are final, and we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or refunds after the order has been confirmed and production has commenced.
